What this site is
MOFloors is an independent Missouri flooring resource: installed cost ranges by material and by city, guidance on which material suits which room, and a deterministic cost estimator that runs in your browser. It does not sell or install flooring, it does not quote jobs, and nobody from it will call you.
What it is built on
The cost figures come from installed-price research for this state and are adjusted by region, so a range for Kansas City is not the same as one for the Ozarks. The housing figures are American Community Survey 2024 five-year estimates, cited on the pages that use them. The estimator is arithmetic, not a guess: the same inputs always return the same range, and it shows its working.
